Soursop Leaves (Graviola Guanabana or Guyabano)

Steep two or three leaves in a mug of boiling water for a few minutes. Remove leaves and sweeten to taste.
OR
Put 20 leaves in 1 litre of water. Bring to boil then simmer to reduce liquid to about 700ml. Strain and sweeten to taste. Keep the resulting liquid refrigerated and drink over the course of 2 to 3 days.
